Led the design and launch of a centralized Learning Hub, partnering with clinical, product, and business stakeholders to create role-based learning pathways, self-service resources, performance support tools, and blended learning experiences.

Achieved 93% adoption within three months, expanding self-service access to learning resources, reducing seat time by 20%, and creating 50+ FAQs based on support-ticket analysis to improve knowledge access and workforce readiness.

Defined the learning technology strategy and led the implementation of a scalable learning ecosystem, partnering with stakeholders across 10 departments to integrate Docebo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Learning, and SSO in support of employee onboarding, product readiness, and partner enablement.

Achieved 100% LMS adoption and established a scalable learning ecosystem that streamlined onboarding, supported product readiness across multiple releases, and drove 85% adoption of LinkedIn Learning among technical teams.

MassMutual required role-based enablement resources to support the rollout of enterprise data governance capabilities and prepare stakeholders for new processes and responsibilities, while balancing evolving requirements, competing priorities, and implementation constraints.

Approach
Led the design of role-based system enablement solutions for Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Consumers, including workshops, eLearning, assessments, and performance support resources aligned to stakeholder readiness and enterprise data governance adoption.
Outcome
Outcome
Developed role-based enablement solutions for approximately 200 stakeholders and established a scalable framework intended to support future governance initiatives across the enterprise.

Across learning strategy, enablement, and workforce readiness initiatives, I use AI as an accelerator to support research, analysis, content development, and decision-making while maintaining the human judgment, stakeholder partnership, governance, and strategic thinking essential to successful business outcomes.
Beyond my own use of AI, I help employees build AI literacy and adopt new ways of working that improve productivity, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
